- Maintain cost effectively
- Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way
- Manage to allocate resource planning for Sorting Center (SC) new implementation
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain (previous experience as Demand and Planning will be preferable)
- Willing to travel
- Placement: SC Sunter, Jakarta Utara
2. Middle Mile Monitoring Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring land and airfreight/seafreight operation planning accuracy during implementation
- Conduct guidance for operation to avoid any potential failure
- Act as a leader for subordinates
- Ensure the validity of slot planning data
- Responsive for any changes due to orders fluctuation
- Manage to allocate resource planning for Sorting Center (SC) new implementation
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain (previous experience in Transport Control/Monitoring will be preferable)
- Willing to travel
- Placement: Semarang/Surabaya
3. Middle Mile Air/Sea Operation Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead airfreight/seafreight (shipping) line haul internal movement and 3PL
- Align with all Distribution Center, First Mile hubs, and Last Mile hubs regarding lead time and demand trip
- Align with fleet team for unit readiness to maintain delivery line haul
- Handle mapping of route and utilize unit
- Monitor vehicle occupancy
- Conduct training and develop team to improve operational capability
- Responsible to allocate resource planning for Sorting Center (SC) new implementation
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain (previous experience as Transport Supervisor will be preferable)
- Willing to travel
- Placement: SC Semarang, Jawa Tengah
4. Middle Mile Control Tower Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Liaise with monitoring team for any abnormality issue
- Act as central information for any circumstances or regulation related Road Traffic activities
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain (previous experience as Control Tower Lead will be preferable)
- Willing to travel
- Placement: SC Semarang, Jawa Tengah
