Qualifications :

- Evaluating business process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
- Conduct meeting with business users to gather requirement and/or follow up project update
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/fowcharts/user experience
Qualifications :
- Diploma with minimum 3 years experience as Functional/Business Analyst Good in documentation, gathering requirement, define process flow
