Warehouse Supervisor ( Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Semarang, Pekanbaru, Denpasar)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Set up overall warehouse division process and ensure to achieve KPI target for each division (Inbound/Inventory/Outbound)
- Set up manpower allocation plan based on the forecast (monthly, weekly, and daily)
- Coordination with external parties
- Lead Improvement initiative
- Monitor and review SOP and Work Instructions (WI) for each process
- Lead problem-solving activities in each division
- Control Cost Per Order (CPO) to achieve the target
Persyaratan:
- Experienced in related role min. 3 years
- Has experience as Team Lead/Supervisor in related role min. 2 years
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek Area
Warehouse Process Improvement
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Work closely with the Warehouse Operations team
- Making improvements in all warehouse processes (inbound, inventory, and outbound)
- Making improvements regarding manpower productivity
- Conduct training related to improvement tools; Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Improvement, preferably in Warehouse and Logistics
- Experienced in Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma implementation, preferably in warehouse or e-commerce setting
- Strong background in operations fulfilment, warehousing, and safety concept
- Experienced in setting up new Warehouse and SOP related process improvement
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Willing to work mobile and be based in the Warehouse office (Sunter)
Warehouse Management System Product Development
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Facilitate Warehouse Management System (WMS) improvement requests from warehouse operations and translate them to the developer
- Develop WMS features
- Update WMS Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)
- Implement new feature release by conducting trial and training sessions for the Operations team
- Do User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for evaluating new features of the system
Persyaratan:
- Good communication skills
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Experienced in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Application
- Experienced in e-commerce, warehousing, or logistic company
- Willing to work from our warehouse (Sunter or Bekasi)
Performance Business Intelligence (Warehouse)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Assist warehouse operation management to plan, strategise, and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making
- Identify improvement opportunities that impact Quality, Productivity, Cost and Service
- Produce actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies
- Serve as an in-house consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to all stakeholders
- Develop reports dashboard and analysis
- Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or any related field
- Experience working with one or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL)
- Familiar with advanced analytics languages like Python or R
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
- Good working knowledge of warehouse operation and e-commerce market
- Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions
- Excellent communication, presentation slides creation and presentation skill
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Eager to learn new things and challenge the status quo to seek improvement areas
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
