The Role:
- Ensuring that the entire production process runs according to applicable standards and regulations
- Make periodic reports and other reports requested by superiors

Requirement:
- Pharmacist Professional Formal Education or Bachelor Degree (S1) – Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from University with Accreditation A (Excellent)
- Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Research & Development Division of a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) or Cosmetics or Toiletries (Goods used for washing and for face care, body care, and hair care) or dishes, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment
- Have knowledge about Cosmetics Regulation, CPKB, and Halal
- Have an active STRA and have not been in charge anywhere

The Role:
- Responsible for the implementation of the production process and minimize the occurrence of waste and process failures
- Make a weekly production work plan with PPIC, and describe and control it into a daily work plan

- Coordinate with other departments related to the production process

The Role:
- Analyze and repair problematic injection molds.
- Perform maintenance on molds that are in production or on standby
- Coordinate the manufacture of mold spare parts with machine tool operators.

The Role:

The Role:
- Facilitate development and implementation of Competencies standard, Competency assessment, Competency matrix, Development need analysis, Individual development plan & implementation.
