1. ADMINISTRATIONS STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Menyiapkan dan mengorganisir semua dokumen administratif terkait dengan operational base.
- Berkerja sama, berkoordinasi dan memberikan laporan rutin kepada Pemerintah setempat sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah.
- Mempersiapkan laporan pengeluaran dan pembayaran lokal.
- Melaksanakan pengurusan bea cukai sesuai dengan peraturan Pemerintah dan prosedur standar Perusahaan.
- Berkomunikasi dengan kru dan staf Perusahaan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3/ S1 dari berbagai jurusan
- Min 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai staf administrasi
- Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai administrasi di perusahaan penerbangan
- Bisa mengoperasikan komputer
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris (berbicara & menulis)
- Jadwal kerja mengikuti operasional pesawat
- Diutamakan yang berdomisili di daerah Benete, Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat
2. FINANCE OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily administration of cash fund transactions (including advance, deposits, and payments)
- Maintaining accurate records for all daily transactions and monitoring any open internal advance into proper settlements
- Posting cash in & cash-out transactions into internal systems
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash balance & cash flow report
- Assisting Accounting in bank reconciliation and month-end closing for cash bank movement transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 Accounting/ Computerized Accounting
- Minimum 3 years in Finance Officer or similar roles
- Familiar with internet banking & cash flow forecast
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software and Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good common sense and general knowledge of financial regulations & tax
- Good understanding of spoken & written in English
- Well-organized & detail-oriented in keeping track of schedules, data, and documents
- Willing to be located in Tangerang
- Eager to learn, flexible, and have the ability to multitask
- Honest, good personality & character, time management, and highly responsible
3. ASSISTANT FOO
- This position is accountable to provide radio communication required between aircraft, operations bases, and head office to ensure the safety and the accomplishment of Company operation mission, either during normal or abnormal situations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have S1 degree; preferably with technical background
- GPA minimum 3.00 (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Hold Pilot License (CPL/ATPL) from Flying School including Radio Telephony
- TOEIC Score minimum 650
- English proficiency both oral and written
- Computer Literacy
- Non Smoker
- No color blindness
- Good physically and mentally condition
- Passed all the standard recruitment process in Airfast
- Willing to work in shift schedule
- Willing to work in Tangerang
4. FINANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring Sales Invoices are in compliance with regulations and contact
- Monitoring Account Receivable collection activities and ensuring on-time receipt from customer
- Anticipating ‘bad-debts’ conditions and exercising proactive actions for smooth collections
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Ensuring vendor billing process appropriately
- Monitoring accounts payable aging
- Managing and executing proper settlements of vendor invoices
- Collaborate with Budget Controller to ensure the proper process of incurred expenditures
- Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow reports
- Managing treasury functions
- Executing e-banking schedules with compliance of correct data and supporting documents
- Maintaining good relationships with banks/ financial institutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 Accounting/ Economy
- Minimum 2 years as Finance Assistant Manager (5 years in supervisory level)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Well-organized & detail-oriented in keeping track of schedules, data, and documents
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively

5. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer end-to-end payroll cycle including personal income tax (PPh 21)
- Managing daily operations related to compensation including data files, expenses claim, up to salary reports
- Evaluating existing compensation to keep efficiency operations
- Implementing new compensation procedures
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Manage payroll calculation & disbursement including personal income tax (Pph 21)
- Give response to employee inquires on salary and payment slip
- Support business related to compensation analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Social field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in HR practices and compensation cycle position
- Demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel is a must
- Skills required: Payroll, Personal Income Tax (Pph 21), Compensations and Benefits
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Proven English communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail skill, ability to multitask, and highly organized.
