Perusahaan ini memiliki kapasitas produksi 5.500 unit untuk Excavator Mid-size dan Excavator Ultra large 247 unit per tahunnya. PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Construction Indonesia memiliki dua pabrik yaitu di Kawasan Industri MM2100 dan Kantor Pusat di Cibitung. Fasilitas di PT HCMI Cibitung Plant memiliki peralatan modern guna manghasilkan kualitas yang sbanding dengan produk yang diproses di Jepang ataupun yang diproduksi di pabrik Hitachi lainnya yan tersebar di berbaga negara di dunia.

1.Design

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduated are welcome or min 1 years working experience as Design Staff is an advantage
• Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
• Experienced in using NX CAD Software is an advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

2.Accounting

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance
• Excellent for Arithmetic Counting
• Familiar with Computer Administration is a must Especially Excel, SAP system, and Oracle system is advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, resilience and persistence, hardworker, initiative, detail, and like challenge
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

3.Finance 

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting or Finance Management
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance & Tax Staff
• Familiar with Computer Administration is a must (Especially Excel)
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, Neat Administration, Communicative, Adapt quickly and Quickly to learn
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

4. Production Innovative Improvement & Supply (Warehouse)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Informatics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as production management
• Able to analyze production data and identify problems systematically
• Familiar with data analysis or data scientist
• Understand the application of IoT technology to production processes is a must
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work in a team and individually, loyal to the company, honest, hard worker, practical thinking, innovative and solution
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

5.Quality Assurance 

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience related to Quality Control
• Have knowledge/experience in basic programing or good in measuring skill using CMM, ULM, Calibration System, and ability to use Autocad Application.
• Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

6.Japanese Translator

Qualifications:

• Education D3 Japanese Literature
• Having a minimum 3 years experience as interpeter and proficiency at level 3 (JLPT N3) is a must
• Familiar in Ms.Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
• Good communication in English is an advantage
• Ablw to working,discpline,humble,target oriented,highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to be strationed in Cibitung,Bekasi – Jawa Barat
