1. Accountant Assistant
Duties and Rensponsibilities :
- Handing administration of invoices from vendor.
- Handling Petty Cash box transaction,replenishment, and cash opname.
- Handling bank transaction, payment to vendor record movement and monitor balance.
- Preparing journal entry to ACcounting System/SUN.
- Scanning and filling in Petty Cash and Bank Document.
- Prepare PO Carry Over report to Assist Accountant.
- Assisting Accountant/Senior Accountant in : Preparing finance report (Invoice Aging report, Inventory report, etc) and Budget preparation process and monitoring.
General Requirement :
- University degree with major in Accounting.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in field of finance, audit or acconting area.
- Have adequate knowledge f payment method, accounting standard and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Have a good communicaton skill in English both spoken and written in preferred.
- Have adequate computing skills, especially in Excel/Microsoft Office
- Have experience working with accounting software/SUN is a must and famliar with MMS Software/Maximo in preferred.
- Able to work effectively with minimum supervision and work as part of a team.
2. Technician Operator
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct day to day routine maintenance follow the corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Implement the maintenance work and practices follow the techincal information such as techincal drawings, manufacturer’s data, operating and maintenance procedure.
- Execute unit outages scope for major and critical equipment inspections, repairs and cleaning.
- Record, and report the maintenance activities base on assignment.
- Verify of maintenance techincal problem to understand the root cause of problem with, prepare te report and take follow up action.
- Perform emergency maintenance whenever required with a High standard of safe
- working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with code of Business Conduct.
- Actively involve on company safety program and emergency resonse support.
General Requirement :
- University graduate in Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Instrument Engineering of equivalent Engineering discpilnes).
- Safety oriented and Knowledgeable of Safe System Work, SMK3.
- Knowledge with preventive, Coreective maintenance principle in mechanical, electrical & instrumentation control.
- Knowledgeabe engineering drawings and Control diagram, P&ID drawings, engineering data and techincal information.
- Knwoledgeable of general design and process of thermal power plant.
- Familiar with trouble shootings techicque.
- Fluenty in English both verbal and writting.
3. Operator Technician Fuel and Ash
Duties and Responsibilites :
- Observe coal transports equipment.
- Perform measurements of operational results.
- Operate the coal handling plant equipment and system to transfer the coal from coal unloading Jetty to the Power Plants coal silo safety, effectively, and accuretely.
- Execute field operation of fuel oil transfer process as pr procedure.
- Safety operate sub-system of fuel and ash handling plant.
- Coal handling ash handling plant patrol, monitoring, observation for the plants equipment condition.
- Monitor all field equipment operating parameters related to plants reliability
Conduct field monitoring of sampling equipment. - Monitoring and control ask taker activities the site.
- Monitor, record, and verify as required and report the field operation progress and condition of coal unloading jetty operation and maintenance.
- Carry out initial investigation of any equipmnet or process failure, perform minor and simple maintenance.
General Requirement :
- University graduate in Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering/Electrical& Instrument Engineering).
- Safety Oriented and Knlowledgeable of safe System Work, SMK3.
- Good communication, proactive,able to work independently and lead without authority.
- Knowledge to make proper use of all safeguards, safety devices, personal protective equipmnet and other appliances provided for safety purposes.
- General knowledge of coal and ash transporting, receiving, stacking.
- Broad knowledge of solid material handling equipmnet, plant operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge on cual quality and properties is an advantage.
